We can act in proceedings where the Local Authority have applied for Emergency Protection Orders, Care Orders or where parents apply for contact with children in care and discharge of Care Orders.

asked to attend a Child Protection Conference. We are there to support parents at this difficult time.
We offer Legal Aid (Public Funding) and this is usually granted in public law cases, regardless of your financial means.
